Amwill Inc was founded by Amey Sawant after years working in import operations and witnessing first-hand how often businesses — both Indian and international — were blindsided by India’s import regulations.

EV manufacturers couldn’t bring their equipment in on time. E-commerce brands had shipments stuck at customs for weeks. Promising product launches were delayed by paperwork. The problem wasn’t the goods — it was the system.

Before founding Amwill, he worked with several companies handling imports for major OEMs in the Indian market. He founded Amwill to give businesses a reliable, founder-led IOR partner in India one that responds fast, communicates clearly, and takes full responsibility for every shipment.
